Elections Across Europe

Election formats vary by country and club, but are commonly shaped by shared values such as consent, transparency, accessibility, and accountability. There is no single European model—each club defines its own process.
Elections are more than titles. They are moments of community participation, trust, and collective responsibility, helping clubs recognise leadership while strengthening local and cross-border connections.

All clubs remain fully autonomous. European Puppy & Handler does not run events, oversee elections, or intervene in internal governance.
